Humans are losing their age-old skills in moving their bodies both indoors and outside and this can relate to the way we value green and wild spaces. Re-engaging with the outdoors is key to conservation and her books offer a solution. Her newest book "Grow Wild: The Whole-Child, Whole-Family, Nature-Rich Guide to Moving More" details how human bodies develop and need lots of movement, time in nature and nature education.
