Indigenous-led Conservation
Your donation supports the Kayapo Project, an Indigenous-led conservation alliance protecting more than 9 million hectares of the last large block of rainforest in the southeastern Amazon (roughly the size of Virginia). The Kayapo Project highlights the power of Indigenous people to effectively steward vast territories, not only preserving their cultures and livelihoods, but also conserving a globally important ecosystem and countless species of fish, wildlife, and plants, including vibrant populations of jaguar and other neotropical cat species.
